PageAssist AI Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of PageAssist AI, a Mac application developed by Superlike. By installing or using PageAssist AI, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and license

You must be legally permitted to use PageAssist AI and enter into these Terms. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

PageAssist AI features

PageAssist AI may translate, summarize, polish, or otherwise process selected Safari webpage text using predefined or custom prompts. Features, keyboard shortcuts, supported languages, and AI capabilities may change as the app evolves.

Your content and prompts

You retain any rights you hold in text and prompts you submit. You grant PageAssist AI the limited permission necessary to process that content and provide the response you requested. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of selected webpage content complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

AI-generated output

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review translations, summaries, rewrites, and other results before relying on or sharing them. Do not use PageAssist AI as the sole source of medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

You may not use PageAssist AI to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, generate harmful or deceptive material, bypass security, distribute malicious code, interfere with the app, or access services without authorization.

Purchases

PageAssist AI may offer paid features or in-app purchases. Prices and applicable terms are displayed before purchase. Apple handles App Store billing, cancellation, and refund processes under its rules.

Third-party content and services

Webpages remain subject to their publishers’ terms and rights. PageAssist AI may rely on Apple or AI-processing services to provide features. Those services have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.

Availability and updates

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every website, or continued support for every macOS or Safari version.

Disclaimers and liability

PageAssist AI is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superlike is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate output, unavailable features, or reliance on generated results.

Termination, changes, and contact

You may stop using PageAssist AI at any time. We may restrict access when necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the app, or comply with law. We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
