iCupid Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of iCupid, an application developed by Superlike. By using iCupid, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

Your profile and content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant iCupid a limited license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the app. You must have the rights to everything you upload and must not impersonate another person.

Acceptable behavior

Do not use iCupid for harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, scams, commercial solicitation, unlawful sexual content, intellectual-property infringement, automated access, or any illegal activity. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risks.

Interactions and safety

iCupid helps people discover and communicate with each other, but we do not verify every statement or guarantee compatibility, identity, conduct, or safety. Use good judgment, protect personal and financial information, and take appropriate precautions before meeting anyone.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features may include consumable purchases or automatically renewing subscriptions. Prices and terms are displayed before purchase. Apple processes App Store billing, cancellations, and refunds under its applicable rules. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Intellectual property

iCupid software, branding, design, and materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to Superlike. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

Availability and termination

Features may change and may not always be available. You may stop using iCupid at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.

Disclaimers and liability

iCupid is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superlike is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or interactions with other users.
